Dr Colin Singam | Psychiatrist

Dr Colin Singam obtained his undergraduate medical degree at the university of WA and trained as a Psychiatrist in Perth and Melbourne.  He is an accredited member and WA committee representative of the Faculty of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, RANZCP. 

Dr Singam holds public appointments as a Consultant Psychiatrist at King Edward Memorial Hospital where he provides preconception and perinatal care. He also works at Western Australia’s Neurosciences Unit caring for patients with Huntington’s Disease and young onset dementia.

Dr Singam has a private psychiatry clinic and is experienced in medicolegal report writing.

Dr Ahmed Zakareia | Consultant Psychiatrist

Dr Ahmed Zakareia is a double board-certified psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience working across private and public psychiatry services in Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia and overseas. He has worked in adult, youth, child and forensic psychiatry in both inpatient and community settings.

With over five years dedicated to medicolegal assessments, Dr Zakareia is proficient in handling road traffic accident claims, personal injury claims, and workers’ compensation matters. As an accredited Independent Medical Examiner (IME), he delivers medicolegal reports for independent medical examinations and impairment assessments for WorkCover Victoria and WorkCover WA. He is also accredited with WorkCover Tasmania, WorkCover QLD, and WorkCover NSW. Additionally, Dr Zakareia provides reliable fitness-for-work assessments for employers nationwide, having supported prominent organisations such as Western Power, Qantas, Australia Post and Telstra.
