Dr Ahmed Zakareia is a double board-certified psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience working across private and public psychiatry services in Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia and overseas. He has worked in adult, youth, child and forensic psychiatry in both inpatient and community settings.

With over five years dedicated to medicolegal assessments, Dr Zakareia is proficient in handling road traffic accident claims, personal injury claims, and workers’ compensation matters. As an accredited Independent Medical Examiner (IME), he delivers medicolegal reports for independent medical examinations and impairment assessments for WorkCover Victoria and WorkCover WA. He is also accredited with WorkCover Tasmania, WorkCover QLD, and WorkCover NSW.
