Dr Liz Vuletich | Clinical Neuropsychologist
Dr Liz Vuletich is a Clinical Neuropsychologist with over 20 years’ experience providing independent neuropsychological assessment and expert opinion in medico-legal, criminal, civil, and capacity-related matters. She is known for delivering clear, objective, and evidence-based opinions to courts, legal practitioners, insurers, government agencies, and private clients.
Her medico-legal practice includes assessment and expert opinion relating to:
- Neurodevelopmental, neurological, medical, and trauma-related conditions, and their impact on cognitive, psychological, behavioural, and functional outcomes
- Acquired brain injury, neurological illness, rare disease, and complex neurocognitive presentations
- Criminal law matters, including fitness to stand trial, mental impairment, sentencing considerations, and neurocognitive vulnerability
- Capacity assessments, including decision-making capacity and the functional implications of cognitive impairment
- Personal injury, compensation, and disability-related matters
- Cultural and contextual factors relevant to neuropsychological assessment and interpretation
Dr Vuletich has worked across public health, private practice, and forensic settings throughout Australia. She previously held senior leadership positions within WA Health, including Director-level responsibilities within a state-wide neurosciences service.
She has particular expertise working with individuals from regional and remote communities and is recognised for her commitment to culturally responsive and decolonising approaches to neuropsychological practice.
