Courtney is the Chief Operations Officer at Veritas Medicolegal, where she directs business operations, strategic growth and service delivery.

Courtney brings 15 years of experience in the WA personal injury sector, in both legal and executive leadership roles. Her senior leadership career includes serving as WA General Manager for a large national law firm, where she was responsible for managing multiple business units, navigating complex corporate integrations and driving business transformations.

Courtney’s background as a senior lawyer specialising in personal injury litigation provides a significant advantage to Veritas Medicolegal, its referrers and its medical experts. Having practised at both plaintiff and defendant firms during her legal career, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of the entire lifecycle of a personal injury claim.

This deep domain expertise directly informs Courtney’s approach to operational quality assurance. She understands the precise evidentiary requirements of insurers, regulators, and legal professionals. By bridging the gap between legal necessity and clinical reporting, Courtney ensures that all medicolegal assessments overseen by Veritas meet the highest standards of legal defensibility, clinical accuracy, and compliance with applicable guidelines.

Outside of work, Courtney is an avid adventure-seeker and enjoys spending her weekends camping and exploring our beautiful country.
